Q: Can I order a dumpster rental over the phone?
A: While we are more than happy to take phone calls/texts for any assistance you may need, ultimately all orders have to be placed through the website. It streamlines the process to allow our pickup/deliveries as timely as possible.
Q: I want the dumpster picked up earlier than scheduled, can you do this?
A: Yes! Simply scan the QR code on the back of the dumpster with your phone, enter the requested info, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Q: Do I need to be present when the dumpster is delivered?
A: No, but we need to be notified of any special instructions before delivery such as gate code, dumpster placement, etc. If no instructions are given and we incur delays such as vehicles in the way, closed gate, etc, you will be charged $25.00 for every 15 minutes of delay.
Q: I need the dumpster moved in a different location from where you placed it, what do I do?
A: We can return to move it at a dry run fee of $150.00. We highly encourage you to let us know where you would like it placed ahead of time to avoid this. You are not permitted to move the dumpster yourself. If this rule is broken, you are liable for all damage incurred to dumpster.
Q: Do you deliver outside of the 30 mile area shown on your map?

Q: What days/times do you deliver?
A: All available dates and time slots are located on the calendar during the checkout process. The calendar syncs real time with our inventory so you are able to easily see current availability and select which dates/time slot works best for your schedule. If an emergency dumpster is needed asap outside of the hours listed, call/text (321) 616-5239 and we will do our best to help (additional fees may apply).
Q: What is your policy on overfilled dumpsters?
A: We have placed six Maximum Loading Level decals on each dumpster because we prohibit overfilling dumpsters. It is illegal and unsafe for other motorists to haul an overfilled dumpster. If you fail to comply to the rules, we will fine you a minimum of $150, along with requiring you to level the load before we pick up.
Q:What is your policy on overweight dumpsters?
A: There are weight limits set by DOT that we have to abide by, so we offer a 7yd “Heavy Items” dumpster for all heavy weight items including but not limited to: bricks, asphalt, rock, concrete, dirt, and sod.
